We loved the hotel's location and easy access to transportation, with the tram only a few stops away from the city center. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offered convenient parking options at reasonable prices, making it a safe and convenient choice for our stay.

The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. the hotel offers convenient facilities such as a laundry and dryer, perfect for those traveling with children.

The bathroom lacks sufficient bench space and a shelf in the shower for toiletries.

The location is excellent. The apartment is a good size, with great cooking and washing facilities. It is also close to the Epworth hospital, making it convenient for business travelers. The room itself is spacious and quiet, allowing for a comfortable stay.

Everything was fantastic.

We loved the convenience of this place, with a tram stop right on the footpath outside and many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were professional and friendly, and we were impressed with the room amenities including an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The flat-screen TV and comfortable seating area were great for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.

I had a wonderful stay at Adara Richmond Aparthotel. The location was great, with easy access to trains, trams, and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The spacious room with a balcony and kitchenette was perfect for my needs. The shower pressure was amazing, and I appreciated having a basic gym on the ground floor. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location and value for money.

The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding - it was regularly serviced and very well maintained.

The condition of the room was disappointing, as it was not as clean as it could have been. the lack of blinds in the bedroom was a major drawback, as it meant other units could see inside.
